The World Forum on China Studies (WFCS) is an in- ternational academic forum co-sponsored by the State Council Information Office of the People’s Re- public of China and the Shanghai Municipal Govern- ment, and co-organized by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and the Information Office of Shang- hai Municipality.
