Vincent Koen is Country Studies Division Head at the OECD. He holds a PhD from MIT, has worked at the IMF and at the Banque de France, and served as G10 Secretary. He authored two textbooks, including Economic Forecasting and Policy, Palgrave Macmillan, 2011, and numerous reports, articles and papers, including on China, Japan, Korea, France, the United Kingdom, Russia, Poland, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey and Nordic European countries. His recent work includes “Rebooting the Miracle on the Han River” (2019), “Boosting productivity and living standards in Thailand” (2018) and “Growing Old in China Without Falling into Poverty” (2017).
